Motives: Boredom and vague wishes for criminals to stop committing crimes that make people's lives miserable.
Bio: Vittore is from Italy. His family, being God-fearing people, kicked him out of the house right about the time he'd taken his first life... which happened to be a faithful family dog, who he had accidentally petted to death. His life's struggle since then will remain a mystery, but he surged into public eye at the age of 17, when he introduced himself to a crowd of spectators as Harbinger when they had asked his name. Since then, he has destroyed almost every villain he had set out to destroy, and otherwise has made them flee him multiple times. His arm has made him unable to have an alias, so he steals what he needs in life, and pays back what he can. He doesn't bother wearing a mask as Harbinger.
Power: His right arm -named Soul Eater- has the ability to drain life force, a moderate amount of super-strength, super speed, and the ability to glide through the air. A three minute touch is enough to kill... a two minute touch is enough to put one in a critical coma, and a one minute touch is enough to put one to sleep. Under a minute has the rapid effect of draining strength up to that point of sleep.
