Okay, so I've been wanting to do this one for a while...I know my writing might not be the best as far as length goes but with this, I'm really going to try. 
Figured I'd put up my idea before I actually made a character :3
So, here's my idea:
So my character, back in medieval times, was a gargoyle that could shapeshift into a human. He goes and fucks all sorts of shit up, and ends up being turned to stone as punishment and stuck on top of a cathedral. The curse he's under entails that he'll be stone for X amount of centuries. Cathedral eventually goes down, but the stone gargoyle survives, and is excavated and brought to one of them big cities in the states, into a museum or something.
Just so happens that the curse is broken, gargoyle-man is free to wander and fuck shit up once again. People notice the statue is missing and think a thief stole it. But one guy (that's where YOU come in, lol) is the only one that thinks it came to life and flew all up outta there, and of course no one believes him, but the guy nevertheless is adamant about it and tries to locate the gargoyle.
Gargoyle-dude catches wind of this guy and decides to fuck with him. Shapeshifts into sexy human guy, seduces him, etc. etc. Gargoyle dude will probably reveal what he really is eventually, but at first just likes tormenting him, in a 'he has no idea what I really am' kind of way.
