Height: Shimmers tail is the better of seven feet long with long fins at the end and several finned ridges along the back.
Appearance: His hair is pearl-like with shots of seafoam green through it..his skin is very pale and his eyes are luminous green...his tail is emerald green with silvery highlights to the scales.

Motives: FISH!!
Powers: Can shift from tail to legs only when his tail is completely dried out by laying out on shore or the like..rarely deals with human's though
