Appearance: He looks like a rodent in his features, with his big ears, slightly large nose and somewhat beady eyes. His eyes are dark brown and his hair is pitch black. He doesn't have any distinguishing marks save for a small mole right next to his belly button.
Personality: He's fairly timid, and can never really hold a grudge against anyone for a long period of time. He doesn't like to dwell on the past and tries to look to the future or focus on the present.
Family: Only child and raised by his mother. His father had been a Navigator and died in combat.
Race: human
Motives: To stay safe and not get hurt like he has been in the past. To not upset Icarius.
History: He was raised by his single mother who worked two jobs just to keep them afloat and save for his university fund. His father had died when he was little and he doesn't remember much about him. Gaius wasn't the smartest kid on the block, though, so the only way he could even remotely follow in his father's footsteps was to become a Fighter. When he'd first arrived he was stuck in a room with a fellow Fighter who was later referred to as Capricorn. They both didn't have Navigators at the time and only temporary code names. They grew to like each other, and while Capricorn used Gaius mainly for a fuck-buddy, Gaius started to gain deeper feelings for him. Since they two of them were an unusual pair, they started to get picked on, but Capricorn got in with a group of tough Fighters by basically giving Icarius a blow-job and letting the others do with him as they pleased. Gaius was adopted into the group shortly afterwards, though Icarius took him under his wing instead of using him like he used Capricorn. They were safe from the teasing as long as they were within the group, and soon some Fighters even learned to fear them without Icarius or the others hanging around. Gaius participates in 'group activities' (mainly beating other Fighters up) because he is told to, and feels he has no other choice lest the group turn on him. Capricorn was killed by Rav shortly after they'd beat and raped Fenrir, and Gaius lost his longest standing crush as well as his best friend that day. He forgave Rav for what he had done, because Rav seemed genuinely sincere when he'd told him that he had never meant for anyone to die. Gaius blames himself and Icarius for what happened to Capricorn, but he would never say that to his face.
Other: He's wanted to leave the group for a little while now since Capricorn's death, but he's terrified of Icarius, and so he holds his tongue and goes along with everything the group does.
