Appearance: Very short black hair on his head, and sometimes there are even designs shaved along the sides of his it. Icarius keeps a short beard and moustache that sometimes appears longer than the hair on the top of his head, but he does it mainly for the intimidation factor. He has piercing blue eyes and a very focused look about him; almost like a wolf on the hunt. He has many tattoos over his body, but on his back he only has feathered wings on his shoulder blades. Some of his tattoos mean something personal to him, and others are just there for show.
Personality: He is an arrogant, self-centered, sado-masochist that enjoys the pain of others whether physical or emotional. He also enjoys his own physical pain, and enjoys a good game of 'cat and mouse' every once in a while. Him being the cat most usually, and so, the hunter. He doesn't like people with 'false pride,' which is to say, if there is not reason to be proud or hold yourself in such a way to make you arrogant, then he will kick your ass to make you see how humble you should be. He's very deceptive when he wants to be, and seemingly has no conscience. He very rarely uses reason in accordance with his actions, and sometimes he just does things because he feels like doing them. He's a bit of a loose cannon and he makes sure people know that.
Family: Commander Bering is his biological father, his mother died quite some time ago and had the baby out of wedlock. Bering didn't even know about Julian until Julian told him when Julian was first stationed here.

Motives: He really has no motives but to keep the fear he has instilled in place, and to basically continue getting away with 'murder.'
History: He grew up on Earth with his italian mother where they would occassionally take in foster kids. Julian was very good at hiding his intentions from everyone around him, including his mother, and because of that, never really got caught when he harassed his 'younger siblings.' Ashton Kaige was one of those siblings for a period of time, and seeing as Julian couldn't get through to the youth, they actually started to get to know each other. They started a small friendship and promised each other they'd be Fighters. However, a fire in his house started by a past tenant meant that the foster children needed another place to stay, and he didn't see Ashton until a few years after he'd actually been a Fighter for a for years. Ashton was closed off as ever, and Julian took the initiative to get back at him for not recognising him in the first place. He seduced his Navigator, and after almost two years, the Navigator left Ashton to be with Julian. They've been Navigator and Fighter ever since, and his Navigator (now called Prometheus) is the only person Julian might ever be capable of actually caring about genuinely. A little while ago, he'd heard that Ashton was accused of being a spy, and that more than anything ticked him off. they had both made a pact to be loyal fighters, and the prick just went ahead and underminded it. He wanted to reign in a little vengence and used his gang of 'closest friends' (Gaius, Capricorn, Faustus and Fevrier) to not only beat the crap out of him, but to rape him brutally too.
Other: His group doesn't rape too often unless Icarius wants to, and he does participate in 'new fighter hazing,' which Haxus had to endure his first week aboard.
