Appearance: long black hair frames his face quite well. He tends to wear dark colours and dark eyeshadow. He has a single lip piercing in the center of his bottom lip and a mess of piercings along his left ear, though his right remains compeltely barren. He has a variety of hand ornaments, though most of them are spiked thick rings or metal plated gloves.
Personality: When he gets in one of his brooding moods he's not very pleasant to be around. He gets severely depressed when he thinks of past deaths that have been quite hard on him and has the outlook that everyone he gets close to dies. Otherwise he's a fairly straight-forward, though intimidating fellow he is quite demanding when it comes to his coping mechanisms.
Family: His family is all fairly recently deceased.

Motives: Just live and forget the past completely. To live only in the present.
History: He grew up in a very wealthy home, was given a good education, but when he was 16, his mother and most of her side of the family died of scarlet fever. What he thought to be his future wife caught the fever when he was 18 and she died shortly after she caught the fever as well, following his mother much the same way. His father followed her to heaven just recently because of pneumonia, and Nicholai gained all of his family's wealth, all in one shot. He is the only heir, has made himself nearly friendless and had resolved to drowning his sorrows in liquor, whores, and cigarettes.
Other: Since he is wealthy, but unmarried and not a duke, a lord or some other fancy title, most people have to refer to him as "Master/Mister Rendata."
