HEROES

Name: Vladimir Vandrikov

Hero Name: The Raven

Age: Appearance-wise, about 25...Actual age, much older.

Height: 6'1"

Appearance: He has dark hair that is a bit on the long side, very pale skin and dark blue eyes. There is a scar beneath his right eye. When blending in with civilians he tends to wear dark colors and pull his hair back. When as the Raven, his clothing is a dark blue cloak, gloves and top, with black pants and boots. He also has large, black wings that allow him to fly. Along with his powers he uses a scythe to fight.

Mask

Personality: Vladimir doesn't have a cold personality, more or less a very serious one. He takes his work very seriously and isn't one to joke around. Despite this, he is generally in a good mood, though he's got quite a temper when provoked.

Family: All long deceased

Race: Immortal, but not invulnerable.

Motives: To carry out his work fighting crime. Usual hero stuff.

History: Once upon a time, Vladimir was just a peasant living on a farm in Russia. Little did he know that there was a war brewing; the spirits of the dead were longing to return to the earth, but the 'powers that be' wouldn't allow it. This erupted into a struggle so fierce that it ripped onto the surface of the earth, and Vladimir happened to get stuck in the middle of it while out in a field. In the struggle he was killed.

The 'powers that be' took pity on Vladimir, and so they gave life back to him with the addition of his wings and powers. He decided almost immediately to use these new powers for not just his own benefit, but for the benefit of others.

Powers: He is immortal, but not invulnerable; he can be injured or even killed, but it would take a lot more to take him down than a normal human. His wings enable him to fly.

VILLAINS

Name: Requiem
(Real name unknown, and he probably won't tell you.)

Age: Somewhere in his 20s

Height: 6'2"

Appearance: Dark green hair, presumably dyed. Very pale skin and eyes almost the same shade as his hair.

Mask

Personality: He has an enigmatic appearance to him. Something about Requiem makes people fear him and be intrigued by him all at once. He can be very cordial and polite, but there is always a tinge of something evil behind it. Get on his bad side and he can be quite malicious...moreso than usual. He is also quite sadistic and loves tricking others.

Family: None to speak of.

Race: Human...as far as you know.

Motives: Messing around and causing trouble for others for amusement, mostly.

History: Almost nothing is known of his past, and he'd like to keep it that way. Truthfully, he was a young man living in Louisiana centuries ago, who started to dabble in voodoo and black magic. As he delved deeper and deeper into it, until he started to become more of a sorcerer than a human being. Rumors that he sold his soul abound, but he's pretty mum on the details like that.

Powers: Summoning little demons to do his bidding, hypnosis, telekinesis and telepathy, putting hexes on people, general black magic stuff

Villain name: The Doctor

Height: 5'9"

Appearance: Blonde, unkempt curly hair and dark green eyes. His costume is pretty simple, black trousers and boots, body armor under his clothing along with a long black trenchcoat where he holds his syringes and various scalpels and such. He wears a typical doctor's facemask, only it's black instead of the standard mint green.

Personality: Sly, sadomasochistic and calculating, with the outside appearance of an innocent and shy young man. Accuse him of anything and he'll give you a puppy-dog look that says 'Who, me?'. Guess it's true when they say it's the quiet ones you should look out for.

Family: None to speak of.

Race: Human

Motives: To make anyone he can suffer.

History: He was the usual fresh-out-of-medical-school doctor, extremely smart but also quiet and shy...With a secret sadomasochistic streak a mile wide. He kept it under wraps until the accidental death of a patient caused him, for some reason, immense joy...With that he went rogue, using scalpels and syringes of poison as his weapons of choice.

Powers: Very, very high IQ, if that counts. Also pretty fast.

Other: Gets off on his own pain just as much as the pain of others.
