Age: At least five hundred years old, and possibly older. Looks in his early twenties.

Height: 6'5" (He's giant, and has always been that way)
Appearance: Neil is freakishly tall, and has short red hair. He is usually clean shaven, but on occassion he will try to grow out a full Scottish beard. He usually has sideburns, though as far as keeping regular facial hair when he shaves. He has golden vampyric eyes and pale white skin. He can usually be seen sporting a full traditional kilt, socks and the like when in formal attire, if not merely to stand out in the crowd. He never usually wears underwear, for he finds the cloth quite confining. He's well built, but not overly muscular.
Personality: Neil likes sex, a lot, and usually with a lot of people at one time. He likes to party if only to get laid soon thereafter. He's a bit smug and knowledgable, and he expects his fledgelings to be absolutely loyal to him. He doesn't care for those that are not his own fledgelings, generally, and if he does, he will usually make that person his fledgeling. He's very confident at all times.
Family: His fledgelings are the closest thing to family he has left.

Motives: Can never really tell with Neil.
History: He has yet to reveal his turning and the life he had before, but he met Jacques when he was serving in an army with his father against the English. He was welcomed into his home afterwards, and decided to win over Jacques behind his father's back, and did so with little trouble over the course of a week. He turned him about a year later when Jacques fell sick. A few years later, Jacques' unceasing whining drove Neil to search for entertainment elsewhere, and that was where he happened upon Vincent, an actor, and seduced him at an after party. He did not wait long to turn Vincent, for he wanted him as his own nearly after he had sex with him. He waited a few days before he turned Vincent and brought him home to entertain Jacques for a little while. He let them get comfortable with each other before he decided he'd had enough and left them both. A few hundred years passed before Vincent found Neil again, and Neil reunited himself with Jacques. Neil has also recently met both of Vincent's onyl known fledgelings, and Anton's fledgeling; Jacob.
Powers: He has an ability that works through his eyes, and it basically makes him more attractive to those who he makes eye-contact with. It works better the younger the vampire is, or if the subject is human. He can also teleport, which comes in handy.
Other: He can sexually top anything, even Vincent.
