Setting: Begins in Cairo, Egypt in the downtown section known as Golden State. There are merchants of every kind and the famous Black Market and Red Districts. Only those who are Merchants, part of the Red District, part of a Mafia or owners of the Black Market or Red District would know about the place. Then relocates into New York City.
Location Start: Most businessmen head to the Leizar Umen. It is a place owned by a German man who came here as a Trade Merchant. Once his business grew he turned the foreign hotel into a hotspot for some of his underground work. One hotspot he favors most is the Bar inside his Hotel which gathers a lot of people from across the lands. It is called: Mystic Escapade and is owned by an Egyptian Trade Merchant. This place his built on Exotic/Erotic Dancers he has picked up from all over the lands and sells them to bidders at high, and sometimes unimaginable, prices. Certain people however are his star and key performers whom he places on the Market as teasers but is very stubborn on letting go.
Drama: Well after meeting Lumen and a few other Exotic Dancers the Owner will seclude them in the lower levels of the hotel. Lumen will have to be kidnapped since the boy will not be handed over. The owner is known to take the money and promise his key people in the morning but he usually has the person killed off before dawn even meets the edge of the sands. 6 guards line this very floor. 2 at the stairs and 2 at the elevator. The other 2 walk the floor at all times. They carry guns so come prepared.
Location Role Play Point: Once Lulu is taken the rest of the RP will be in New York City during the Mafia Turf Wars. 4 major mafia clans have broken up the New York State into quadrants and New York City is in the middle. Problem is the man that runs the city as its head mafia is the same man who has Lulu. The 4 surrounding this town want New York City under their name for financial reasons. So all are trying to crush each other in the race to face this man on obtaining the city.
Purpose: New York City alone gains millions of visitors each year and increases cash flow on the dime all the time. It is known as the city of wealthy merchants and trade central if you want to become big. The 4 big Mafia Clans known well throughout the state want that city under their name not only for wealth but power which will help eliminate the other clans. Little did they know that the city has been under someones banner this entire time. The man plays it smart! Using his revenue he had gained from the city over the years he has people under him well trained and equipped. So the man spends his leisure time buying things of attraction.
Drama: Well Lulu is a foreigner in a new place and loves to explore. Problem is he will enter the wrong territory and other clans catch on. Lulu becomes close to the man who saved him and the heads will want Lulu as a bargaining chip into getting NYC. Not only will the 4 be fighting for that city but Lulu's original trader will try to do anything he can to get this man back once his revenue goes down. Once Lulu is caught you guys can decide what to do with him just don't expect him to sit still.
Who is needed: Lulu's Egyptian owner (must be male)
4 clan (you come up with the names and who owns which quadrant. You can have people work under you as well)
